Hungary Training Camp Forfeit Songs!

HUNGARY TRAINING CAMP POEMS AND SONGS

Grant and Allan [This was a forfeit for leaving kit behind].

Grant and Allan the lyrical G’s
Writing a song about the session with ease
Skipping and Stretching is how we start
Put in our groups and playing our part

Today with a change Ron leads the Way
To ease our pain from the stretch cords today
A 2K warm up to get us going
Raising our heartbeats to get the blood flowing

20 100s max was our main set
1 max 1 easy that’s easy I bet
Blast the first one to get in the groove
Repping a good time feeling smooth

Half way point, it’s kicking in
The easy ones, our head starts to spin
Keep up the tempo till the end
Lactic acid drives us round the bend

Yummy Yaz and sexy Sue
Cheering us on and pulling us through
With the last one done the swim down is near
We finish the set with an almighty cheer

With the session over it’s home we go
Bring on tomorrow we’re ready you know

Tony G [This was a forfeit for leaving kit behind].
[Assisted with content by Grant]

My Name is Tony and I’m a lyrical G
Writing this poem while rapping LSC

Today’s am session was pretty hard core
In some ways the set was much of a bore

35 100’s was the main bit
I’ll complete this set all in one hit

I was repping with ease until the final 10
Thank god I don’t have to do this again

Finished the set on a massive high
But then we had snorkels, I wanted to die

Skip and stretch then we’re done
Back to the hotel to have some fun

Head Coach Number's up!

Victoria Earl (NDS) pulled number "100" out of the hat for this month's 100 club draw. Victoria is not just a pretty face and won both the 200 Free and 100 Back age group events at the recent Surrey Qualifier meet.
The lucky 100 Club winner this month was Ron Philpot, LSC's Head Coach! Congratulations Ron!
