ASA London LC Meet at Aldershot

Nicky Cooke and Jack Beddoes represented the club at the recent London swimming LC meet at Aldershot (results @ http://www.londonswimming.org/UserFiles/46/File/Swimming/Long%20Distance%20Results%20260408.pdf ) in search of the elusive 800Free NQT. Both swimmers were within striking distance of the required times and have a few more opportunities to reach them in the weeks ahead.

Nicky and Jack had the support of LSC team members Alice Foster, Lauren Parsons, Luke Shields, Liam Mellett, Josh McDonough as well as the normal parental chauffeurs contribution. It was great to see the strong team spirit that shows through on such occasions. This enthusiasm was only countered by 2 paracetamol on a 4 hourly basis for the drive home.
