British Championships -Manchester

LSC are very proud to say that we have 7 superstars representing us at the British Championships this week in Manchester.This is an absoluitely fantastic achievement for the swimmers and the club (and their parents who feed,fund and ferry them!!!!)

100 CLUB DRAW.

LSC's 100 club started last April and Saturday night saw the last number selected. Big Ron (Philpot) kindly picked number 57 at the presentation evening, where a great time was had by all-especially Luke Sheilds who celebrated his 14th birthday!
Thank you to everyone who supported the 100 club in its first year- a magnificent £700 was raised! Renewals can be made throughout March, for the coming year. Remember anyone over 18 years of age can join-so ask friends and relatives if they would like a number for just £12 for the year, with the prospect of winning £50!
We hope,with your help, that we can make the 100 club into the 200 club!
Come on-you've got to be in it to win it!

Let's celebrate the Fantastic Surrey results

This year's Surrey's have been even higher quality than usual, and there have been many outstanding swims. I was particularly taken with the many NQT (National Qualifying Times) being achieved at this fairly early part of the season.

It would be great to acknowlege those set by members of LSC, but I don't yet have that data in full.
